AGADCO was founded by Bobby Finley in 1984 in Austin, Texas. AGADCO has been involved in the concrete construction industry in Texas continuously for over 37 years. AGADCO constructs a wide range of concrete projects throughout Texas including bridges, drainage structures, curbs, sidewalks, pedestrian ramps, slope paving, concrete paving, elevated structures. Since the purchase of the company’s first curb machine in 1993, AGADCO has poured over 46,000,000 linear feet of various types of curb and gutter and ribbon curb. AGADCO owns multiple types of specialized equipment to meet the demands of city, county, school district, private sector and TXDOT clients.

At AGADCO, we pride ourselves as being one of the safest concrete companies in the country. Twenty plus years ago, AGADCO started a safety education program for its employees. That effort has paid off for everyone involved. AGADCO and its clients both benefit from fewer lost time injuries. With that education process, our employees have all been trained to recognize unsafe working environments, which keeps our employees safe as possible on all job sites. Currently all 275+ AGADCO field employees are OSHA 10 certified by our full time in house safety director.

When it comes to field data collection and information management, no one does it better than AGADCO. We have the latest tablets, cloud technology and cellular communication devices to bring real time data into our cloud database for payroll, field quantities verification and purchasing. AGADCO uses a combination of software, hardware and technology from various vendors. With our systems, we can review progress quantities, materials ordered and delivered, labor hours worked, personnel and equipment placement, and review budgets and update schedules on the fly. All this data is in real time via our cloud.
